customers to have the most positive & excellent shopping
experience ever. Should you not be completely happy with your
purchase please call us immediatley upon receiving your order. We will be
more than happy to help resolve any issues or concerns you may have.
Our terms of services and conditions
are in place to protect & prevent against, misuse, theft
& fraud of our website, products & services. In doing so
we protect & prevent having to increase our prices.
When we save our customers save too!!
Please make sure that you read this entire agreement
before ordering products or services from J & M. By ordering any of
our products or services customers agree to have reviewed the
following terms and conditions and agree to following these terms. J &
M customers must agree to comply with the terms and conditions prior to
submitting their orders.

| **Custom Order Items & Clearance/Closeout
Items

1. Custom Made to Order & Clearance/Closeout
itemsare not returnable nor
refundable. Unless deemed to be defective.
2. Should you receive a defective item(s)or
have an issue with your custom order item(s) you MUST phone us within 48 hours proceeding your orders delivery. We
will do what ever we can to make the
order/items(s) right for you.
3.
Custom order items are NOT returnable nor refundable d/t color not
being what was expected or you simply changed your
mind. For more information regarding fabric color(s)

| **Instock Order
Items Return/Refund/Exchange Policy |
1. Notification of your instock items returns,
refunds or exchanges: You MUST phone us within 48 hours proceeding your orders delivery.
2. Item(s) must be received back
to J & M within 7
days to qualify for a replacement,
refund, exchange or store credit. (7 days from the date of notification of your
return/exchange). Items received back to us after the 7 days are
consider used & not resaleable. Items will be refused &
shipped back to customer. **unless other arrangements have been made
with J & M regarding your return/exchange/refund
item(s).
3. Items MUST be returned in NEW unused condition
& packing. Along with your fully completed &
signed Printable Return/Exchange/Credit
Form
4. All non-defective instock item returns
are subject to a 25% restocking fee
charge. Items you decide
you don't want, don't like, decide you don't need,
ect.
**The
restocking fee only applies if
returning any instock item(s) for a money back only refund.
(Restocking fees do not apply to exchanges or store
credits).
5. We do not refund postage/shipping on returns
that are non-defective. Items you decide you don't want,
don't like, decide you don't need, ect..
6. After these steps have been completed PROPERLY & we have received your
return/refund/exchange form & item(s) back. You will
receive a refund,exchange, store credit in the amount owed per your
return form. Refunds (money back) are issued back in the
manner they were received. |

| **Condition Of
Return/Exchange Items |
**Items being
returned/exchanged must be sent back in their original
condition.
**We will not accept the following items back for
refund/return/exchange: Itme(s) that have been washed, altered, damaged in any
way (i.e., including but not limited to being dirty, solied, with
hair (animal/or human), smell of smoke or perfume &
liquids.
**Item(s) being sent back
to us not in their original condition will be subject to a $5.00 per
item reconditioning fee. Item(s) deemed unreconditionable will not
be accepted for a
refund/return/exchange.
**
J & M SEWING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISPUTE ANY
RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE D/T THE CONDITION OF THE ITEMS BEING
RETURNED/EXCHANGED. |

| **Return/Exchange
Shipping Policy |
1. Return shipping is the
customers responsibility. Returns, exchanges & refunds
are minus postage/shipping costs.
If your returning an order that qualified
for FREE postage/shipping. We will deduct our cost of
postage/shipping of that order from the amount of
your refund.
2. All our orders are
shipped with insurance and claims are handled in accordance with
the USPS policies. If you should receive a
damaged order please contact us immediately so we
may assist you.
3. If you should receive a
defective item or an error with your order. We pay
all shipping charges to replace
the item(s). Our errors will be corrected at our

Cancellation Policy: |
Orders must be cancelled by
11:00 pm EST
on the same day ordered to avoid a cancellation/restocking
fee.
Orders cancelled after
11:00 pm EST, next day, or before order has been shipped will
incurr a 25% restocking fee.
Orders cancelled after
being shipped will incurr a 25% restocking fee
& shipping charges are
non-refundable.
Orders cancelled
after being shipped will need to follow our return/refunds/exchange
policy.

immediately should you need to cancel your
order. |

** If you decide to return
a returnable item(s) after phoning us you must print
& complete our Printable Return/Exchange/Credit
Form. No return/exchange
will be honored without a completed return/exchange
form.
**Returns/Exchanges sent back to us without
prior notification or authorization will be REFUSED back by us.
**If your order
was damaged during or due to shipping please phone us immediately
upon receiving your order. All orders are shipped with insurance
& we will be happy to file or help you file an insurance claim
for your damaged order.
