accept? |

MasterCard, Discover, USPS money orders & Paypal. |

| A: We ship orders
via the U.S. Postal Service. All orders are shipped with insurance
& signature confirmation. |

| A: Instock items ship
with 1-3 business days & custom order items ship within 2-3
weeks. |

| Q: Can I have my order shipped to another
address? |
| A: Yes, this option is
only available for order places by phone. |

email confirmation once order has shipped. |

| Q: Can I cancel my order? |
| A: Yes, orders MUST be cancelled by 10:00 PM
EST on the same day you placed your order. Orders cancelled after
this time will incurr a 25% cancellation fee. |

are made specifically for you & are not returnable nor
refundable. |

recommend customers measure to ensure proper sizing & fitting.

| A: 8% Sales Tax
applies to New York State Residents ONLY. |

| A: No, If you need a
sample your best option is to visit your local Joann Fabrics.
There you can view/purchase samples of fabrics.

| A: No, we do offer volume

| A: Yes, This service is
available for our local customers only. As we need the chair
