Frequently Asked Curtains & Valances Questions

| Q: How do I know what size window valance to order? |
|
A: Measure the window width & multiply the width by 1.5 to get the correct width. 1.5 times the width allows for coverage of the window & proper gathering of the valance. For the length measure from the rod down. (please note that length you order the valance is the complete length including rod pocket & top header/ruffle)
**Note this is our rule of thumb for correct window valance sizing, however you are free to order them in any size you choose. |

| Q: What is custom order? |
| A: Custom order means that the product(s) are made to your specifications. (size, fabric, color, print, style, etc) These are not ready made or off the shelf products. **Custom Order item(s) are not returnable nor refundable. Should an issue arise with your custom order you must phone us immediately upon receiving. We will be happy to assist you in resolving any order issues you may have. |

| Q: What is lining & how does it work? |
| A: Lining is a layer of either white cotton or white vinyl blackout lining. The purpose is to protect the window treatment from sun damage or to help block excess light from coming through. |

| Q: Do you offer fabric samples? |
| A: No, If you need a sample your best option is to visit your local Joann Fabrics. There you can view/purchase samples of fabrics. |

| Q: Can I get a color or print you don't list? |
| A: Contact us with the color or print you are needing, we will do our best to help locate what you are needing. |

| Q: Do your curtains come in sets or single panels? |
| A: Curtains are sold/ordered in sets of 2. (2 panels per set) |

| Q: Can you do another another size you don't list? |
| A: We are always happy to make any item to your specific size, color and print. Please contact us with your details. |
